Verify via OTP or magic link. Free and public domains are rejected; alternative proof is possible via manual review.
Dated & time-boxed
A visible badge shows the verification date, expires after 12 months, and is renewable.
Re-verify or revoke
Change job → re-verify; the old company is removed. Admins can revoke, which cancels open requests and notifies seekers.
Encrypted & purged
Any verification documents are stored encrypted and purged after review.
Patterns get flagged
Abnormal volume or low conversion is flagged for review to keep the marketplace healthy.
Never penalize helpers
